Hi guys I really need your help. My work permit has expired a few days after I've just submitted PR with IRCC and a bridging open work permit (BOWP). I'm on implied status now. I submitted PR and BOWP with some inconsistencies to my old IEC applications (I omitted my work history from 9-10 yes ago in the new applications because I knew I couldn't provide a reference letter). I ended up sending a letter of explanation via webform after submission to provide the correct history anyway, after learning I didn't even need reference letter because it's only the Personal History section, not the Work History.
I'm worried I'll get rejected on the grounds of misrepresentation. Can you please advise?
I also sent it with my common-law listed, however I didn't include her in the first BOWP application that was refused. I also provided a letter of explanation via webform for this error in the 2nd BOWP. Hope this makes sense. Do you think I have a chance at this or its not looking good? The waiting time for the BOWP is the same time as the time I have to restore my visa. Right now I plan to wait for the BOWP but I'm really nervous.
