I am new to this forum, I have few question regarding my status in Canada.
I landed in 2009 and left Canada after 2 months, returned to Canada again a year before without any report at airport and any issue. Now I am in Canada since Aug 2013 but my PR already expired few days back. I would like to know:
1. What is my status after my PR is expired?
2. I am full time University student and paying resident fee, can my university raise any issue since my is expired now?

1) Your status has not changed. You are still a PR. Only the card expired, not the PR.
2) No.
3) As long as you meet the residency obligation requirements, you can apply for renewal. If you don't meet them, just stay in Canada until you do.
