PR confirmation for dependents outside Canada

Hi All,

My dependents got there PR approved and IRCC asked them to confirm if they are in Canada. Unfortunately they are outside Canada and the Visa that they had Expired. Now how can they travel back and confirm the email sent from new PR confirmation portal ?? Kindly advise...

Hi Rafi,
How did you manage. I am in the same situation except that they have Canadian Visa and travel back.
