Dear Scylla and other Experts,

We landed on 19th April, 2017 in Toronto.

We got a mail from CIC to submit new photos as per the guidelines, which we immediately did on 11th July, 2017.We have not heard back anything since then from CIC.

Question:
1) When can we expect our PR cards?
2) How can we contact CIC?any contact number and email will be useful.
