How long would it take to receive the PR cards? I heard its one month.I have given a local address at Toronto and now I back to India. Now if I need to go to Canada within this one month how could I go?

You can check the approximate processing time on CIC
Generally 6 to 8 weeks to receive PR card. You need to apply for travel document in India thro VFS, if you want to travel to Canada with out PR card.
