Hi guys,

I activated my permanent residency back in July and have yet to receive my card.
It's most likely because someone threw out the card when it arrived at my old place (I'm not at the same address any more).

My question is, if I fill out the solemn declaration form, do I still have to take an ID photo again and pay the fees again ?
Or will they just issue me a new one ?

Also if I tick the 'never received' box, will that trigger the new PR card production ?
