PR card- waiting for 9 months

Hi Guys, i got my Pr through aip program last year in july and was asked to mail my ecopr and a picture. I mailed the documents and have still not received my pr card. I have mailed and faxed a solemn declaration as requested and also emailed gic pr portal. And my concern has not been addressed after multiple calls and emails to cic customer service. Any suggestions will he very helpful!! I have also emailed the mp of my town but haven’t heard anything back.

Yes. It's not the first time I've seen it. It's a long wait, but that's the rules. I don't know of any way to speed up the process.
