PR CARD VALIDITY

Under what circumstances a person gets PR card which is Valid for only 1 year, as my earlier Pr card validity was of 5 years and now i have applied for the RENEWAL of Pr card so i am worried that what are the possibility of getting Pr card only for 1 year.

Are you in compliance with your residency obligation?

No i got it on the basis of h and c grounds. And they asked me to pick up in person. But i read some laws it says untill and unless there are removal orders and etc things given to you , you will get validity of 5 years so i haven't given any removal order or anything like that. So for me what is the possibility that I'll get 5 years of validity.
