PR Card Timeline

Just a quick question to anyone who has landed in the past little while. My husband landed October 31, 2020 from South Korea and the immigration officer told him it would be about 4 months to get his PR card. We thought that was an extreme then but he still hasn’t received his card in the mail.

Have most people who landed around the same time or more recent received their PR card or is this normal for the pandemic era of the government? Did we miss a step somewhere or not register properly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Landed later than you guys (DEC 2020) and also waiting for PR card updates. Did he receive any notifications after landed?

My husband landed November 10 2020 and still no card either.

Thanks for your replies guys! I’m sorry to hear you haven’t gotten anything either. I guess it’s just the times these days, but I think I’m still going to try to get in contact with someone and see what’s going on.

Also didn’t receive anything after he landed, just his status was updated to “landed” on his government file
