I have landed using COPR on 22nd January 2024. When I linked my PR Card application on 7th March 2024 in GC Key. It is showing "Final decision - February 1, 2024:Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details."
and document status is "

Name	Unique Client Identifier (UCI)	Document	Document number	Status	Expiry date	Status Updated Date	Travel document Number	Country of Issue

Have they mailed me my PR card? if yes, I have not received it yet. And what steps should I take next?

Yes, your card has already been mailed. You can call IRCC and understand when was the card mailed (guess was 1st Feb 2024)
