How is 2 year period for PR renewal calculated?
1. Do they count 2 years from the date when we first landed in Canada. The stamp on our COPR
2. Or is it calculated based on expiry date mentioned on the PR card.

Based on landing date
when it comes to renewal, will the card be sent directly to the address in the file or you will need to pick it up yourself?

You provide an address on the renewal application to which the card is usually mailed.
Unless they select you to pick your card in person (no way to anticipate that in advance).

Depends if you are close to the 730 days, whether you are living full-time in Canada, etc. They do make people pick up their PR cards in person if there are any concerns.
ok thanks for your answer, that s very helpful
