I had applied for my PR card renewal in last week of January 2021. While my wife got her card last mo the I still haven't received mine. The online status shows decision made but hasn't changed since the past month.
I have been trying to call the helpline but I always get the message that they are unable to transfer the call to an agent.
Is there any other way to talk to a IRCC agent? Is anyone else facing the same issue?
Also, if it is Decision Made, then it means that they have approved your PR Card but there are chances that they might do an interview with you at their local offices before giving you your renewed PR CARD.
Due to Covid-19 , currently they are functioning in a very reduced operational capacity at their local offices. So you might have to wait longer unless they otherwise dispatch your card at your local address.
