My pr card expiring on august 2013, most of the time i have stayed out of canada , i am short of about 400 days , i am staying overseas with my Canadian citizen wife for the last 3 years , am i eligible to apply for pr card renewal , will the days i have spent with my wife will be counted .
thanks.

Yes, your days living with your wife will be counted so you do still meet the residency requirements. Next time you are in Canada, you can apply to renew your PR card. Send some proof that your wife is living with you. Some mail sent to her at your address, a copy of her passport with the overseas country visa or something like that.
my brother worried about his pr card renewal.. he submitted his expired card last December 2012, until now he haven't yet received. How may days for him to wait.. He is going for vacation on May..
