PR card renewal travel history.

I am renewing my PR cards and I have 2 questions.

1. I travelled to South Korea and there I travelled to Thailand for a short vacation. Should I include this trip to the travel history? or just South Korea?

2. If I travelled from Feb 01 and arrived Canada on Feb 22 then the number of days will be 21 days or 22 days?
