I have applied for an urgent PR Card Renewal first week of October but haven't heard back from them yet. No e-cas status, no returned mail either, NOTHING.. Meanwhile, my sister and father who have both applied for urgent PR card renewal 1 WHOLE MONTH later than I did, already got their PR cards. The only difference that I can think of is I have a current Citizenship application (already in DM status) and just waiting for Oath. Is it possible that they knew about this and decided not to process my PR card renewal application because of it? I'm just hoping they didn't lose my files as it contains sensitive info.

Well, the reason you have assumed (current citizenship application) could be the reason why your application hasn't been processed. You can call them up and confirm it with them and if you need your PR card for urgent travel, you can tell them that!

Good luck!
