PR card renewal proof of residence

Dear All
I'm applying for my PR card renewal.My situation is that I was out of Canada for 2 and half years and in Canada for 2 and half years.
In the proof of residency section we are asked to provide Notice of assessments from cra for the past 5 years.
I got the NOA from CRA for 2011.I have not yet received the 2012 NOA from cra. I thought I will provide the W4 issued by my employer in 2012.
I wrote a letter explaining the same. Is there anything I need to do /can do
