PR Card renewal on H&C Ground - how to retain and re-new PR Card

Hi Genius

Need help for me and my family PR Status...

Travel to Canada as a PR on 16-Mar-2013 (with Family)
Moved out from Canada on 18-Jun-2013 (with Family)
Total stay at Canada almost 3 month (with Family)

PR Issued on March 2013 and
PR Expired on March 2018

I and my family leave Canada on sudden basis in Jun-2013 to home country due to serious health issues of my parents,
First my father was seriously ill and yet to be not recovered till day and date.... almost every week must need to visit to doctor for treatment
Secondly my mother get hospitalize and operated her major eye operation of one eye and later on operated her open heart surgery (by-pass) and now take regularly medicines and follow up-visits till life end.....
After that my wife get hospitalize and operated her surgery and take medicines regularly....
and last but not least i myself got hospitalized and was observed under extensive care units and finely operated CABAG (Open Hear Surgery) and after that My child get operated appendix as just he is 14 years old.....
look, since i moved out from canada i and my family are seriously under deep crises and frighten and struggling for life..... (Almight Allha save and protect every one form that situation which i and my family face)

Due to all above i don't have any 2nd thought about my future and carrier except the survival and fighting with life.

WE just stay 3 month in canada (me and my family) and our PR card will be expired in March-2018,

Can our PR got renewed on humanitarian grounds and where should i need to contact.

Pls advise with complete details of contacting bodies and process..

If you are not yet ready to return to Canada, there is nothing you can apply for at this point. You would have to wait until you are ready to return. If your PR cards are then still valid, you simply go to Canada and if the issue comes up when you enter whether you meet the RO (residency obligation) or not, you explain your case and show your proof (doctors letters in English or French about your parents being sick and that you had to take care of them). If they still report you on entry, you can appeal with your proof.

If you get reported and appeal, you may stay in Canada as PR's until the appeal hearing at which time you will find out if you win or lose your appeal. The appeal processing may take 1-2 years. If you win your appeal, you keep your PR. If you lose, you lose your PR and will be asked to leave. If you get reported and appeal, you may apply to renew your PR card for one year at a time. If you don't get reported on entry, you can avoid further problems by staying in Canada for 2 years straight without trying to renew your PR card after which time you can renew it normally as you would after 2 years meet the RO again.

If your PR cards are no longer valid by the time you want to return, you would have to apply for PR travel documents with your evidence. If they are denied, you can appeal. If you get the travel documents either on the first try or after winning an appeal, you keep your PR and may return to Canada and renew your PR card based on the travel documents having been granted. If you lose an appeal, you lose your PR.
