I came back to Canada on 6/24/2013, and I have been living in Canada for 2 years.(735 days so far) Never left Canada within the two years.
I am applying my new PR CARD right now, but it is a bit confused by the Notice of Assessment part. I filed tax in 2013 and 2014, so there are two years NOA in my hand.
But on CIC's website, it requires NOA within the past five year.
from 2010-2012, I was in China, and I did not file tax. I do not have NOA for that 3 years period.
My questions are
1. Can I still get my PR CARD RENEWED with the 2 yeas NOA.
2. Do I have to submit my apartment rental contract?
3. When I came back, I went through self service entrance at the airport, so I do no have a stamp on my passport from CBSA, I only have a stamp when I left China. Is it sufficient to prove I came back ON 6/24/2013?
