I had sent out an application for PR Card renewal in February this year but haven't received any thing from CIC yet, My current PR card is expiring in August this year, i tried calling CIC call centre number but i think they not accepting calls these days, i dont know what to do.
Please advise how should i contact CIC or whom to approach ?
