I became Permanent Resident in 2013, I am looking to renew my PR Card, however in the document checklist it says include following items with application" Proof showing that you meet the residency obligation in the past 5 years immediately before the application. Please refer Appendix A of instruction guide for the list of documents required " , the question is - should I check this box or not ??
And if I need to check this box then, then should I submit last 5 years paystubs/bank statements/ NOA / rental agreement copies along with application ?
I was in total 180 days outside Canada in last 5 years.

The checklist and the form were both updated recently to now make it mandatory for ALL PR Card renewal applicants to include at least 2 items from Appendix A. You do NOT need to provide 5 years worth of anything, just a couple of things that show the you have resided in Canada. I suggest a NOA and a bank statement (from a different time in the past 5 years). Find one that shows banking/merchant activity `in-person' (where you were shopping locally) versus an online debit. This will show `active' activity in your community.

I have one follow up question - In the work and education history, shall one include self business activity ? For example, I have been doing "Skip the dishes" delivery work, Do I need to mention this in IMM5444 along side full time job ?
