I am helping my parents to renew PR card, two identical applications in the same envelope, exactly same travel history. this is the timeline.. My dad has received his PR card in early Aug, my mom's still shows in process. I know this is past the processing time, so we contact our local MP in the end of aug. MP office said they contact IRCC, IRCC said would send a message to find out. So far nothing... I have tried Webform, also nothing. is there anybody else in the same boat?

Individuals are processed separately. Your mother could have faced more scrutiny for some reason. How many days had they spent in Canada in the past 5 years when they applied for PR card renewal? All you can do is wait at this point.
