PR Card (PNP Ontario), can I relocate to BC?

Hi Pals

Got quick question, I received PR under Ontario PNP, and got PR card and have landed (COPR /Landing Papers) through Toronto Airport and currently living in Toronto. I have OHIP card from Ontario, and SIN card (I believe is National). Now I would like to relocate to BC. My questions are:

Can I do this?
Am I not breaching anything, here?
Will this not create any problem during PR card renewal time?
I might consider to come back to Ontario in near future, but not 100% sure

Better to stay in the nominated province until you get Canada citizenship.
