PR Card Photographs

I landed in Canada on Feb 3rd, 2018. I received an email on March 14th that they need 2 of my photographs as per specifications withing 30 days. I sent 2 photographs along with the letter to

I was wondering if there is number where I can call and find out if they accepted my photographs and how long will it take to receive my PR card?

I tried 1-613-944-4000.. It did not go through. Is there any email that I can use?
