I landed in BC on 4 September 2020.On 4 October 2020, I received a request for resubmission of photographs with specifications. I mailed my two photographs on 7 October 2020 and the tracking results show that it was delivered on 13 October 2020. How long will it take to issue me PR Card because I am facing other issues because of the absence of PR card. I could not apply for BC ID and did not receive my MSP. Moreover my employer wanted me to submit background check but Canada post refused to do it as I don't have PR card. I was not hired Kindly suggest what to do. How will I survive here when I don't have anything except the Co PR and SIN.

Hi, I understand your situation. My suggestions sent them a webform requesting urgent processing and attach all the documents you have like your employer’s letter/email regarding they can’t do background check without PR card and you are losing your job, letter from MSP saying they can’t give you coverage without PR card. Also attach Canada post delivery confirmation of photo.
