I received a letter from CIC and indicates that the photo submitted for PR Card does not meet the standard. Per the attached the photo guideline, reads as: "be on photographic paper that has a backing which accepts and retains the date. Photos without this backing are not acceptable;" What is "backng" they are talking about? Thanks.!!!
You know how some papers do not allow you to write on the back of them, whereas others will absorb the ink and won't smudge and such.
