I have a friend in Toronto whose home address I'll be requesting the PR Card packet be delivered to.
I'm thinking of giving him a prepaid UPS/FedEx packet with my home address in the US as the recipient address.
I want to know what the size of the PR Card packet is that IRCC will send and if it will fit in a standard UPS/FedEx document package.
 
Yes, it will easily fit in a standard document package. It comes in a 9" x 6" envelope.
