We landed on last week of May.
Until now , i have not received our PR cards.
My company is keen to send me to US for 5 day training 2 weeks from now.
According to website , i would need to apply for PRTD (Permanent Resident Travel Document) so that I can re-enter Canada once I am back.
Is there a number I can call to CIC to inquire regarding our permanent resident cards or has anyone has the same experience as mine?
Any response is appreciated.

If you are driving to NJ and are in ON or QC then you don't need PR card. You can use COPR + Passport to enter Canada while returning.
Same if you use the land border between Washington state and BC; Montana and BC/AB.
