Hi All,
Thanks in Advance for looking into this.
I did my landing on Oct-18 2017 in Etobicoke- Toronto.
I was unable to link my permanent resident card application after a month, so mailed CIC enquiry. In return
"After reviewing your file, we noticed that an address is necessary in order to issue your Permanent Resident card (PR card)."
I am confused and also have a out of country travel in a month.
Pl help out.

1. It appears that a Canadian address was not supplied to CBSA when you "landed". So if you want your PR card, you have to tell IRCC where you live.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/changeaddress.asp
I updated it by calling IRCC.
And how many days approx the Canada post takes to deliver the PR card after dispatch to Toronto/GTA regions.
I am playing a little gamble with my Flight.
