PR CARD Form

Seniors...

Please advice... do I need to fill the PR card form and submit at the POE for PR Card?

I have filled the GAL (Form B 4/4A) and have taken prints(colored) for jewelery. I have also filled SIN card form.

Pls suggest, if I need any other form to print before boarding.

No need to fill or submitt any form for first time immigrant for PR cards. Done automatically.

No form was needed for SIN as well. Officer filled everything herself in Computer.

Make 2 color copies of jewelry if possible. One for them, if not they will just make a copy... Just some extra time.

2 lists.... good to follow and goods accompanying.

In airplane you will get a cad to fill, don't forget to click milk or food column if you have baby food or any food etc with you.

Write down your Canadian address for PR cards to be handed over to officer, this will avoid any mistake in entering address.

Know your proof of funds, inform when asked.
