I just couriered my PR card extension yesterday. What is the process and how long does it take these days? Also, is there a way for me to track the status of my application?

I sent my pr renewal application form in January 2022. They received it on january 24 and started the process on February 24. It’s still processing, which is so irresponsible. I know most ppl get their new pr cards very quickly except for me.
