I have Canadian pr and my husband has a dependent pr my first child is a citizen of Canada as he was born in Canada my second child is born in India. My pr card has expired and my husband's is still active currently we are living In India .
Can my husband go and work in Canada as his pr card is still active without me or is it mandatory to join him for every visit.
