I came to US for few days and found pr card expired. I have no issue with RO. Will airlines let me board? Anyone have experiance with this. How can i convince airline to let me board.please help

You need either a valid PR card or valid PRTD to board a plane. If you don't have one of those, then you would need to travel to a land border and reenter Canada by land. You can try to board the plane but be prepared to be denied boarding.

There was never any real chance the airline was going to let you board. They are required to ensure passengers have valid documents or face fines.
I assume you have your expired PR card with you or your COPR. Just enter using that at the border. Nothing really to tell them. You can say your PR card expired. But you won't have any issues reentering.
