PR card expiration date

Hey all

I am just curious of the expiration date of PR card.
I know PR card expires in 5 years, but when is the start point? Is the date we land? or the date of the visa issued? or the date of visa expiration?

Along with PR card, is there any other documents?

Day you "land" starts the clock. What other documents? You need a goods accompanying and goods to follow list, proof of funds, the COPR in your passport.
