Hi, my wife just received her PR card after 38 business days and it did not include my daughter's PR card. My question is do dependents also get their own PR card?

Every family member landed on Permanent residence visa will get PR card, whether spouse or dependant.

Yes. All application for pr card are individually processed.
I got my pr card last Friday , Aug. 22 then today my son's Pr card arrived ( Aug. 27)
