hi
I had PR status claimed in 2015 and had a delay in pr card delivery and had to return back to India. now planing to move back in 2106. my pr card has been delivered to local Canadian address . i do not have any other contacts . how to get my PR CARD delivered to me so that i can travel back ?
delivery via FedEx is a safe-mode or not ? any help regarding this is appreciated

1. Courier is your best bet.
i heard its not allowed to courier PR cards out of canada and the only safe way is to ask a freind to bring it if he is coming India from canada . Do these companies accept PR cards for delivery ??

I've heard the same thing, probably here in this forum, so I asked an officer in Vienna VO when we had our passports stamped. She said that she sees no problem with someone sending me card after I leave Canada after landing.
We landen in September and cards were received two or less months later (in Canada). A friend brought it to me few weeks ago and I'll enter Canada with it in March.
I see no reason why someone could not sent it to you via courier. You are putting it in the envelope and goving it to them sealed.

Send it via DHL courier - Online pickup service. It is reliable.
You can also declare the shipment content as Permanent Resident card.
