Hi All,

I landed on Aug 30 2017. I got an email from IRCC that my Permanent Resident card application was received on Oct 18 2017. I am not sure why it took so long for them to receive my application after my landing. I was able to link the PR card application to myCIC account and also see that the application was received on Oct 18 2017.

It is Feb 1 2018 now and the application is still in progress. I tried calling IRCC and they asked me to raise a CSE. I raised a CSE and I got a response after a week with no information in it.

Can you guys please advice as to what should be my next step?
