Today my parents got passport request they will be doing landing when they get their visa issued. My question is when they do landing do they have to give same address when I applied for their immigration or they can give different address for the PR Card when they complete landing procedure at airport.

As long as is still a Canadian address of course as PR cards will not be mailed outside Canada by immigration.
