PR Card Address to mail

Hi,

I want to confirm for the PR card mailing address which they ask at the port of entry, can I provide different city address than Toronto which is my city of destination.

Sure you can. They may just ask you why. If you get a visa officer who has had a bad day, they may not like it, but lots of people don't get any questions about the delivery address for the PR card, no matter where in Canada it is.
