Hi yesterday my pr was cancelled stating that my application is incomplete and shown reason as my Indian pcc
My first passport was issued at my age of 21. And my Indian pcc mentions my passport issued date . Now ircc is asking for my Indian pcc from my age of 18
Please do help me in this issue
Does Indian pcc have any particular duration or they give clearance since we became major to the date we applied https://ibb.co/cCchPnp https://ibb.co/Gn8D4zq
I spoke with bls Toronto , they told Indian pcc gives u clearance from your 18 years of age to the date you applied , we just mention ur passport number and issue date which doesn’t mean the pcc is effective from your passport issued date

sorry to hear that buddy
Looks like everything is good on your end .
what is your AOR ?
is your eligibility and criminality passed ?
what stage is your PR at before you received this rejection letter ?
Did you apply for PR yourself or through representative ?

every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row
Again, the instructions in the link are pretty clear, and the letter sent by IRCC specifies exactly what they want from you regarding the PCC, and why your application was deemed incomplete.

The Indian pcc I submitted covers me from my age of 18 to till today , that’s what bls told me. It doesn’t mention the dates but they provide pcc from 18 years to till the date u apply , so I didn’t see any wrong with my Indian pcc

Some police clearance certificates have limitations relating to jurisdiction and time period having been searched. Such certificates will not be accepted.
The date listed on the picture of the PCC you posted is not 2012, which seems to be the issue here. I guess it needs to explicitly state the time period that it covers, which has to be from when you were 18, and not from when you got your passport, at 21.

So what should I do now , I called bls today mrng to request pcc from my age of 18 but they are saying that they don’t give pcc with particular dates on it , instead they just mention our passport number and the date of issue of the passport
