Hi,
I got my PR and I was away for 481 Days due to medical reasons.
Now I am coming back, I still have 3 years validity in my PR.

I hope there wont be any problem returning back.
I was staying in Canada for 3 years prior to my PR.

No issue if PR card is still valid.
 
A valid PR Card is, technically, not required if returning to Canada at a land PoE.
