I got an email saying that my PR application through EE CEC which I applied for from inside Canada was approved. They asked me for some details and if I was inside Canada and if not, at what date will I return. I'm currently still traveling.
I made a mistake and answered Yes to "whether I'm inside Canada" but answered with my tentative date of return to the next question. They replied with PR portal logon details and a temporary password saying that I should submit the picture and declare that I'm inside Canada within 7 days. I replied when I realized my error saying that I'm in fact outside the country and haven't replied back since, it's currently day 7.
What should I do? I've sent more emails to the PROntario email ID as well as the web form asking for advice. What happens to the PR portal after today? I'm apprehensive of logging in and changing the temporary password for fear of elongating the process.
I'm guessing PR portal is for "Virtual Landing" when you're inside the country but I'm currently on a Work Visa (that expires in December 2022) outside Canada and if I get a COPR, my visa will expire.
