I have submitted my PR application express entery category on Feb 16 2016 and not received approval yet. So, now exceeds 6 months and half, I am so anxious and stressed about that. anyone has any clues or recommendations?

Hello, must be stressful for you. 
If you can, call CIC and ask them an update about your file. You can also order your GCMS notes, it takes a month to get them (you might receive your PR in the meantime), but it will give you an idea about what happened concerning your file.
