No i never had birth certificate.. also during claiming i only handover passport and national id card to ircc. That time i said i don't have birth certificate.. they said its ok. Also now i am in canada.. I am confused after saw that option in online application form

Make it now after make statement why you have now and why not before
Listen to me if you telling the truth even it’s mess or bad but they will love the truth better than without birth certificate

I am from Bangladesh.. in my country . its very difficult from here to make it.. and also it will take more than one month.. Its optional you said.. so i will give a statement. if later they will ask it must. i will make.. also after apply i will try to bring them here with visit visa. its one year they are living there alone. I really appreciate your answer. thank you

yes you can make statement and say I don’t have it I will try in future to make it
And if you make it after you submitted you can provide them by webform
