Hi, my fiancé is an American citizen and I'm a German citizen with PR in Canada. What path of immigration application would you recommend as the quickest path to PR for her? Is spousal sponsorship possible in this scenario that I am not a Canadian citizen yet? Best, Sebastian

There is no quick path. If you are in Canada as PR, sponsor her once you are married. Are you common-law? If so, you would be declaring yourself as common-law on your IRCC and CRA accounts. She can visit you in Canada.
