I am a Canadian citizen my girlfriend is refugee and is waiting for her hearing . We have decided to get married I was wondering what the process will be and what we should do in order for her to receive her pr. And is the refugee application gonna be on hold since she is marrying a Canadian citizen? Also does she need to get a lawyer and pay the lawyer to help with her application or is it something that can be done on our own.

Well, if you get married to her or if you are in a common-law relationship, then AFAIK, you should be able to go through the regular sponsorship route.

Does she have a passport from her home country by any chance? If she does, then it shouldn't be an issue IMO.

Anyone else who is more experienced with sponsoring refugee as a spouse can chip in.
