hi. im applying for pr and owp. then i saw my marriage contract was solemnized under article 34. We have attached affidavit that we lived together for six years before we got married. it was dated 2011. knowing this MC is valid, i used married as my status when i came here to canada last 2014. we have two kids with ages 8 and 9 already. they are 3 and 2 when we get married. the question is, shall i encounter any pronlem regarding this situation when i submit my papers? please help

How did you migrate to Canada? As long as you declare your spouse and children on you PR application, you should be fine.

As long as you declare your husband and children on your pr application, i dont see any issues
