hello everyone! I applied for permanent residency under live in caregiver program a month ago. Yesterday i received an email from cic informing me that they refused my application because of my LMIA. They say LCP program ended Nov.30,2014 and they receive the LMIA that my employer processed August 25,2015. My question is, can i still apply for pr if i try submitting pr application tru the new pathway (child care) even if my LMIA states that my NOC code is 6447 and job description is LIve in caregiver?
