Hi - I will be soon be a Canadian citizen and have been residing with my husband in US who is Canadian PR holder. I have 2 kids minor US born and we do often travel to Canada. The CBSA officer always encouraged us to apply for kids PR. Since, we both are working in US - could I still submit my Kids PR application or parents need to be working in Canada for that?
Please direct and all the help is highly appreciated.

The PR application will only be successful if you have hard evidence that you will be relocating to Canada to live here permanently once your children have PR. Otherwise no point applying.
