Hello! I got an invite under CEC and I've 20 more days to submit the application. I didn't receive my PCC yet but I'm leaving to India for a wedding in a week. Is it okay to submit the PR application from India once I get the PCC ? What other options do I have ? Thanks.
 
If you don't submit PCC, they are refusing applications at least from last couple of years, try to get PCC before you submit application
