I am currently in Canada as a visitor and going to marry my (canadian) girlfriend in december.
After this (we) I want to apply for the PR with my girlfriend supporting me.
My first question. Once I submitted the application for PR I am allowed to stay in Canada until the approval has been made!?
My second question is, once I submitted the application for PR, am I allowed to apply for the "young professional" program within the International Experience Canada program? Is that possible even when I have a PR application in progress?
Thank you very much in advance for all your help. I hope this topic is in the proper section of this forum.

If you apply Inland, then you are allowed to stay in Canada during the entire application process (up to around 2 years).
However if you are a visa-exempt applicant, then it is usually better to apply Outland as the process is much quicker, and it's usually not a problem to stay in Canada during the process with any visitor, study or work permits you can get.
